Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Standard shipping with UPS:

Within Germany: Flat shipping rate of €4.90; free shipping for orders over €80.00.

To all other EU countries: Flat shipping rate of €9.90; free shipping for orders over €100.00.

Shipping costs can be queried in the shopping cart and will be clearly communicated and displayed during checkout.

No shipping costs are incurred for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The flat shipping rate includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat shipping rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may decrease if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat shipping rate can only be finally calculated during the order process. However, it cannot be higher, only lower in your favor.

Orders shipped directly from Germany via Justbe GmbH & Co. KG are picked up by UPS daily around 2:00 PM. Depending on when the order reaches us, we will ship it either on the same day or on the next business day. Generally, we ship:
